[TEMP] Partnership Announced for Coastal Resilience Program

A new partnership agreement was signed today between the Government of Guyana and a consortium of international organizations to implement a comprehensive coastal resilience program.

The five-year program will focus on:

• Mangrove restoration and protection
• Community-based adaptation measures
• Integration of traditional knowledge
• Development of sustainable financing mechanisms
