article About This Event

A technical workshop for researchers and environmental professionals on using GIS and satellite imagery for mangrove ecosystem mapping and monitoring.

Participants will work with real datasets from Guyana's coastline using QGIS and Google Earth Engine. Prior experience with GIS software is recommended but not required.
